New song for the singing group 合唱団の新しい歌

The Japanese Singing Group plans to practice a song called 'Night with a hazy moon' (Oboro Dukiyo) in the next meeting on 25 February.

日本語合唱団は、２月２５日にある次の会で、「朧月夜」という歌を練習する予定です。

This song was originally a school song first appeared in 1914 in 'Primary School Songs for grade 6'. This is still used in some Music Books for primary schools. The composer of this song is Mr Tatsuyuki Takano and the writer is Mr Teiichi Okano. These two also created  'Momiji' and 'Furusato' which we sang before.  

この歌は、元は、１９１４年に初めて「尋常小学唱歌　第六学年用」に登場した唱歌でした。これは、いくつかの小学校用の音楽教科書に今も使われています。 この歌の作曲家は、高野辰之さんで、作詞家は、岡野貞一さんです。このお二人は、私たちが以前に歌った「もみじ」と「故郷」も作っています。
