Appropriate behaviour 適切な振る舞い

I consider setting certain standard for appropriate behaviour would be necessary in conducting various activities. 

さまざまな活動を行う上で、適切な振る舞いについてのある基準を設定することが必要だろうと考えています。

Each organisation normally sets rules about appropriate behaviour allowed in its activities, following various acts related equality and discrimination. The below is, for example, from the European Convention on Human Rights which has been dealt by the Human Rights Act 1998, a British act.  

おのおのの組織は、普通、平等と差別にかかわる様々な法に沿いながら、適切な振る舞いについての決まりを設けています。以下は、例えば、イギリスの法律、１９９８年人権法が対応している「人権に関するヨーロッパ協定」からです。 

Article 8: Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence.

条項８：誰もが、その人の個人の、そして家族の生活、その人の家庭、その人の通信を尊重する権利を持っています。

Protocol 1, Article 1: Every natural or legal person is entitled to the peaceful enjoyment of his possessions.

条約議定書１、条項１：すべての自然、あるいは法人は、その人の所有物の平和的な享受への権利があります。

I consider that activities I organise should not tolerate breach of human rights and fundamental freedoms such as these. I also believe that harassment and bullying on any ground should also not be tolerated.

私が組織する活動は、このような人権と基本的自由の蹂躙を寛容するべきではないと考えています。また、どのような理由によるものであれ、嫌がらせやいじめもまた寛容されるべきではないと信じます。
